·         Redemption is valid within six (6) months of the delivery date at Brandt Asie Pte Ltd Office. Please present your proof of purchase and proof of delivery upon collection.

·         Redemption is STRICTLY by appointment basis, 2 days in advance. Kindly contact 6508 4645 / 6508 4607/ 6508 4639 to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can email to sgmarketing@groupebrandt.com to schedule your appointment.

·         Brandt Asie reserves the rights to reject any redemption should the above conditions are not met

·         Free gifts are STRICTLY while stocks last and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

·         Brandt Asie reserves the right to change the promotion and free gift(s) given without prior notice.

·         Brandt Asie reserves the right to reject any submitted claim that does not adhere to the process.

·         Only “12 month’s detergent & softener “ are entitled to free delivery, other redemption gifts are by hand carry only.

·         No extension of redemption date will be entertained.

·         Brandt Asie will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Redemption Form(s) and/or gifts.
